Storefront and HOA entrance lighting on the Treasure Coast
Holiday lighting for storefronts, offices and community entrances in Stuart, Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie. Takedown and storage included on request. Flat written price.
Storefronts and neighborhood entrances are seen by more people than any house. A well lit entry says a place is cared for, and it gives people a reason to stop.
What we light
- Storefront windows, awnings and rooflines
- Palms and trees along a parking lot or street
- Community entrance walls, signs and monuments
- Clubhouse entries and pool areas
HOA boards and property managers
Send us a photo of the area, a list of what you want and the dates your board has approved. We reply with one flat price. We can set the timers, and we can handle takedown and storage so the work is not left for someone on the board.
Plug-in only
All lights are plug-in and low-voltage. If an entrance has no power, a licensed electrician has to add it, and we cannot do wiring or add outlets.
Price
Commercial work typically starts around $400 and goes up with the feet of lights, the number of trees and how tall the work is. You get an exact written price before we book.
Questions
Can you work evenings or before opening?
Yes. Many commercial installs happen early morning or after close, so the business is not disrupted.
Do you handle HOA approval?
No. You or your board handle approval. Send us the approved dates and we schedule inside them.
